Throughout these terms and conditions, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Knight Music Ltd, a private limited company registered in Malta with Company Registration number C41101 . Knight Music Ltd is the sole proprietor of this website branded as “Knight Music” and holder of VAT number MT 18506709 and registered business address at 144, Luqa Industrial Estate, Luqa, LQA3000, Malta, Europe. Throughout these terms and conditions, the term “this site”, refers to this website. By using this site via Mobile Application (Mobile App) or via a Web Browser (Internet Browser) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this site.
General Terms
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Website or designs and products displayed here or purchased from here. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Online Store Terms
We deliver Worldwide. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
Accuracy of Information
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
Price and Product Modifications
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the products (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service or Products offered through this website.
Returns and Refunds
We accept returns of unwanted products within fourteen (14) days but reserve the right to refuse or charge a re-stocking fee should the full packaging be missing, damaged, non resealable or if the purchased devices show signs of use. A credit note is issued in the event of a refund. Used headphones/earphones cannot be returned or refunded.
Prohibited Use

Guitar Servicing – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all instrument servicing, repairs, and maintenance carried out by Knight Music (2007) Ltd. By leaving your instrument with us for servicing, you (“the customer”) agree to the following terms.
Estimates & Authorisation
All estimates are provided in good faith based on an initial inspection.
Estimates are not fixed quotes unless explicitly stated in writing.
Additional work may be required once the instrument is disassembled. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you for approval before proceeding with additional charges.
If we are unable to contact you, we reserve the right to proceed with necessary work up to an agreed amount above the original estimate.
Deposits & Payment
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Full payment is due upon completion of the service and before the instrument is released.
Instruments will not be returned until all outstanding balances are paid.
Storage fees may apply for instruments left unpaid or uncollected.
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to parts availability, instrument condition, or workload.
Instrument Condition & Risk
Instruments are accepted for servicing at the customer’s risk.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or inherent material defects.
Cosmetic & Structural Changes
Certain repairs may result in minor cosmetic changes which do not constitute damage.
Strings, Setup & Customer Preference
Setup work is subjective and based on player preference.
Unless specified, setups are performed to our standard specifications.
Post-completion adjustments may incur additional charges.
Collection, Storage & Abandoned Instruments
Instruments must be collected within a reasonable time after notification.
Uncollected instruments may incur storage fees or be treated as abandoned in accordance with applicable laws which becomes property of Knight Music (2007) Ltd
Warranty on Work
A limited warranty is provided on workmanship only.
This does not cover strings, normal wear and tear, misuse, or environmental damage.
Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.
We recommend customers ensure their instruments are adequately insured.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction.
Acceptance
By leaving your instrument with us, you acknowledge acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
